ATTENTION!

The ATTENTION! Collective is a group of friends, most of whom have known each other for at least fifty years. Over the decades we have participated in many actions always with the intent to expose the government’s complicity in nefarious activities.

We are artists, writers ,musicians, teachers, cartoonists, and poets. Our political activism work has consisted of speaking out at rallies, writing, and marching in the streets in solidarity with others who fight facism. We do our best to support candidates who are not part of the kleptocracy or kakistocracy or plutocracy or oligarchy.

We have been active starting during the Civil Rights Movement, then the anti-Viet Nam War movement, then the movements addressing women’s rights, queer rights, the right of the Palestinians to live in peace in a sovereign state, and in support of Ukraine against Russian aggression. We consider this second issue of our magazine and also our first issue to be continuations of our political work.we do and strive to be the best in the business.
